
General conditions of sale and return
1 - Conclusion of the contract
Any order of products implies unreserved adherence to these general conditions of sale.
2 - Price
Goods are invoiced at the rate in force on the day the order is placed.
3 - Delivery
Delivery is made by delivery to a sender or carrier on the seller's premises or in any other designated premises. The verification of the goods by the buyer must be carried out at the time of their collection. In the event of damage or missing, complaints about apparent defects or non-compliance of the delivered product, the buyer will issue clear and precise reservations that he will notify within 48 hours, following the date of delivery in writing to the seller. It will be up to the buyer to provide any justification as to the reality of the anomalies found.
4 - Delivery times
Except in cases of force majeure (war, riot, fire, total or partial strike.), in the event of a delay in delivery of more than two weeks after the indicative delivery date, the buyer will have the option to cancel his order, without being able to claim any compensation whatsoever.
5 - Returns
Any product return must be the subject of a formal agreement between the seller and the buyer.
6 - Guarantee
The seller will pay the utmost care to the execution of the order and the quality of the products. In the event of a defect recognized by the seller, the latter's obligation will be limited to the replacement or reimbursement of defective quantities, without further compensation. Defects and damage resulting from storage, handling, transport or use in abnormal conditions or not in accordance with the nature, prescriptions, and suitability for use of the product are excluded from the warranty.
7 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the Product (or the conclusion of the contract for the provision of services) to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision or bear costs other than those provided for by law.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller of his decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, postal mail or e-mail).
The Product must be returned to the Seller within 14 days of the communication of the withdrawal decision. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise stated.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the cases provided for in Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code (for example: personalized goods, unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, digital content provided without material support executed immediately, etc.).
8 - Terms of reimbursement
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Seller reimburses the Customer for all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the date on which the Seller is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
The refund may be delayed until the recovery of the Product or until the Customer provides proof of shipment of the Product, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts.
The refund is made via the same means of payment as that used by the Customer when ordering, unless expressly agreed by the Customer for another means of reimbursement and provided that it does not incur any fees.
In the event of depreciation of the Product resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product, the Seller reserves the right to make a discount on the amount reimbursed.
RETURNS
Our items have been carefully made to bring you complete satisfaction.
However, if you change your mind, you have a cooling-off period of 15 days from the receipt of your item(s) to return it(s) and request a refund.
Attention: You must provide us with the tracking number as well as proof of deposit.
We only refund products whose package has not been opened.
However, the return costs remain at your expense.

Refund
If within three weeks of the shipment of your product, you still have not received it, we promise to refund you.
Attention: As soon as the tracking of your order indicates that it has been delivered to you, it is not possible for us to proceed with your refund.
If necessary, we invite you to submit a complaint to the carrier, which we do systematically, so that a thorough investigation can be conducted.
